Refund and Return Policy
For Custom Orders, Special Orders, Personalized Items and Wedding/Bridal Jewelry Items please read "Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items" shown below for complete details.
Returns and Exchanges for In-Stock Items: To be eligible for an exchange or return, Buyer must request an exchange or return within 10 days of receipt; the item must be in its original condition and packaging, unworn/unused. Buyer will need to provide the receipt for proof of purchase. The following terms and conditions also apply:

Items sent back to Seller without first requesting a return or exchange, to which we agree, will not be accepted.

The initial shipping cost paid by Buyer at the time of purchase is not refundable.

Please note Buyer is responsible for paying return shipping costs which is required to include insurance coverage and "signature required". This protects both parties from damaged, lost, and/or stolen packages.

Once the returned item is received by Seller, Seller will inspect the item and let Buyer know if a refund or exchange is approved or not.

If a refund is approved, Seller will issue a full refund minus original shipping costs via Buyer's original form of payment.

If an exchange is approved, Seller will send Buyer an invoice for the cost of the return shipping to send the exchange item back to Buyer. Once this invoice has been paid by Buyer, Seller will ship the item within 1-2 business days.

In the event the return or exchange request is due to the item(s) being defective, Buyer will not be responsible for any shipping cost associated with the return or exchange.

Seller reserves the right to not accept a return and/or require a re-stocking or repair fee if the item has been at all damaged or worn. While Seller's policies are firm for obvious reasons, Seller will do everything Seller can to work with Buyer.
Damaged Item: Buyer is to inspect the order upon receipt and contact Seller immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if Buyer received the wrong item, so Seller can evaluate the situation and make it right with the Buyer.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:
Custom Orders: All Personalized Items and Wedding/Bridal Jewelry Items are considered "Custom Orders" and are also defined as any product that is made-to-order. Buyer understands that Custom Orders are custom-made to their order and specific requirements. The Buyer is responsible for their measurements, specifications, personalization and accuracy of their order. Seller is not responsible for rejected orders due to inaccurate order details. Buyer is responsible for reviewing order specifications before finalization. By submitting the order Buyer is acknowledging and agreeing to all of Seller's terms and conditions for such order. If a new order is needed due to Buyer's incorrect specifications/information provided on Buyer's initial order, the Buyer will be charged full price for the reorder.
All Custom Orders sales are final if the products have been altered in any way (i.e. personalized, sized at time of order or damaged after Buyer is in receipt of item, etc.). Seller does not accept returns for altered items. No refunds or exchanges are allowed. The only exception is if the item is found to be defective within 5 days of Buyer's receipt of item. As part of the Seller's commitment to providing top-quality products, Seller conducts a pre-shipment inspection on Custom Orders. This entails verifying the quantity and quality of the merchandise, as well as ensuring there are no defects. Photos are taken to document condition. Should Buyer have any questions or issues with their item, please contact Seller within 5 days of receipt at cariefowlerjd@gmail.com. If Seller determines in its sole discretion that an item is indeed defective, Seller will offer an equitable resolution of the matter to Buyer.
Special Orders: Special Orders are considered non-stock items that can be ordered without any altering or personalizing. When ordering a Special Order item, Buyer understands it will take approximately 4-6 weeks for the item to ship. By submitting the order Buyer is acknowledging and agreeing to all of Seller's terms and conditions for such order. Special Order items under $1000 are returnable within 10 days of receipt and will follow and adhere to the terms, conditions, and instructions listed under Returns and Exchanges for In-Stock Items (shown above), with the addition that there is a 15% restocking fee for Special Order Items under $1000. Any Special Order item over $1000 is not returnable; the only exception is if the Special Order item is found to be defective within 5 days of Buyer's receipt of item. As part of the Seller's commitment to providing top-quality products, Seller conducts a pre-shipment inspection. This entails verifying the quantity and quality of the merchandise, as well as ensuring there are no defects. Photos are taken to document condition. Sale Items: Seller cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. No exceptions.
International Sales: International shipments may require Buyer to pay import duties and tax on Buyer's purchases from Seller's store. Seller's business does not collect international taxes or duties, and Seller is not responsible for their payment. The duties and taxes are the responsibility of the Buyer and are not eligible for reimbursement. Shipments cannot be marked as ‘gifts’ for the purpose of avoiding taxes.
Please visit the appropriate government website to determine the duties and taxes for which Buyer may be responsible. Seller is not responsible for calculating taxes or fees.
